What type of services are offered?

We offer personal training, athletic training, program evaluation, and testing for departments, post operation rehabilitation, and boot camps.

Do you have both private and group lessons?

Yes, we have one on one, partnered, and group training available.

Can I get nutritional guidance?
Yes, we offer meal plans for weight loss, weight gain, and overall health and fitness.

What does the program cost?

Group boot camp training rates are as little as $10 per session to private post operation rehabilitation for $150 per session.

How long is a workout session?

Generally workout sessions are one hour, unless we are in the field.

How quickly can someone lose weight?
Depending on the clients body type, age, and commitment level 3 to 5 lbs
per week consistently is not uncommon.

How many times per week should I train?
Two workouts per week are considered maintenance, and three to five
sessions per week are recommended for performance gains.

Do I need to see a physician prior to starting an exercise program?
No, unless you have a prior medical condition that would interfere with an exercise program; or if your doctor requests an exam prior to starting an exercise program.

Can athletic performance be improved once someone is already "in shape"?
Yes we can train you to increase performance in virtually any area of need.

What if I move out of the area?
We'll set you up with another trainer affiliated with our program so you
can continue your program uninterrupted.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Thursday 5am till 8pm, and Friday and Saturday mornings 5am till 11am. We are closed on Sundays.

Is the program guaranteed?
Yes clients who follow directions and actually complete all aspects of the
program: nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training are successful
100% of the time, no exceptions.
